Exploring concepts and ideas, performing an initial assessment of the Supplier, considering the feasibility of the ideas, and further define the business relationship.

This typically involves:

  • Supplier visit and supplier risk questionnaire
  • Request For Proposal (RFP) (including financial ratios) and/or Request For Quote (RFQ) (may require financial ratio)
  • Consultancy Services Agreement (CSA)

 

Develop with ResMed

Progressing ideas into specified products, and formalizing the partnership between ResMed and the Supplier. This typically involves:

  • Approval of the supplier through a evaluation questionnaire, and potentially an audit, audit report and resolution of audit non-conformities
  • Supplier manual acknowledgement
  • Development agreement
